Welcome to Epic Transfer. By booking a journey with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings
• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or by scanning the QR code on our vehicle signs.
• Advance bookings are recommended to ensure availability.
• Confirmation of booking will be provided via text, email, or call.

2. Fares and Payments
•Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any agreed waiting time.
•We accept cash and card payments. All fares must be paid in full at the end of the journey.
•Any tolls, parking charges, or additional fees will be added to the fare.
•Prices may vary during peak hours, holidays, or in case of unexpected route diversions.
•A cleaning/soiling charge of £130 will apply if a passenger soils the vehicle (e.g. vomiting, bodily fluids, food/drink spillage).
•Un-arranged extended breaks that may cause service delays may be charged at a standard £25.00 per hour and will be at the driver’s discretion.
Examples of this include meal stops or additional waiting time longer than 10 minutes.
4. Waiting Time
•We offer a free waiting time of up to 5 minutes for standard pickups.
•For airport or long-distance bookings, 30 minutes of free waiting is provided after the scheduled pickup time or flight landing.
•After the free waiting time, additional charges apply.

5. Passenger Responsibilities
•Passengers must ensure that all belongings are collected at the end of the journey.
•Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
•Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards drivers or other passengers will not be tolerated.

6. Luggage
•Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within the vehicle capacity.
•Epic Transfer is not liable for any damage to or loss of luggage during the journey.

7. Delays and Liability
•While we do our best to arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events beyond our control.
•Epic Transfer shall not be responsible for any missed flights, appointments, or consequential losses.

8. Child Seats
•Child seats are available on request and subject to availability.
•Parents/guardians are responsible for securing their children in accordance with UK law.

9. Complaints
•Any complaints should be submitted via email at info@darkcyan-weasel-536967.hostingersite.com within 7 days of the journey.
•We take customer feedback seriously and will respond promptly.
